Terms of Service

Using this site
These terms apply to your use of confirmedappointments.com. The content here is marketing information about our service. It is not advice, and it is not an offer that binds either side until we both agree to work together in writing.
Applying
Submitting a form is an enquiry, not an acceptance. We take on a limited number of contractors per trade and market so we are not booking the same homeowner for competing companies. We may decline an application, and we do not have to give a reason.
You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the business you name, and that the business holds the licences and insurance its trade and state require.
What we provide
We set confirmed, in-home appointments with homeowners and book them into time windows you have approved in advance. For each appointment we send you the homeowner's details, the agreed date and time, and a recording of the call that booked it.
An appointment is booked for your company by name. We do not resell it, share it, or send it to a second contractor in your area.
What we do not provide
We do not guarantee a sale, a quoted job, a contract value, or any particular close rate. What happens after you arrive is down to you. We also do not guarantee a specific number of appointments per week; volume depends on your trade, your radius, and the windows you make available.
Fees
You pay a flat fee for each confirmed appointment. The standard fee is $797. The current promotional fee is $497. Promotional pricing is limited and may end or change; the price that applies to you is the one confirmed in writing when you start. There is no retainer and no monthly minimum.
Fees are invoiced for appointments already delivered. Amounts are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
Credits
An appointment is credited — meaning you are not charged for it — if the recording does not show the homeowner agreeing to the date and time, or if the homeowner is not there for an appointment the recording shows they confirmed and we cannot rebook it into another window you have approved. Raise a credit request within 7 days of the appointment date so the recording and the homeowner's account are both still fresh.
Your obligations
- Keep your availability and lead-time requirements current.
- Attend the appointments you have accepted, on time.
- Treat homeowner details as confidential and use them only for the appointment we booked.
- Follow the law that applies to your trade, your marketing, and your calls.
Recordings
Recordings are provided so you can verify what you are paying for and coach your team. They are for your internal use. Do not publish or distribute them without the homeowner's consent.
Ending the arrangement
There is no long-term contract. Either side can stop with reasonable notice. You remain liable for appointments already delivered.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the appointments giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or other indirect losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Material changes affecting an active partnership will be sent to you directly.
