What this policy covers

This policy applies to confirmedappointments.com and to the information contractors give us when they use the forms on this site. It does not cover any separate agreement you sign with us as a partner.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our forms. Depending on which form you use, that is some combination of your name, email address, phone number, the trade you work in, your company name, your service area, how many appointments you want per week, the time windows you can cover, and anything you write in the free-text field.

Our hosting provider also records standard server logs — IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and timestamp — which are used to keep the site running and to detect abuse.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or health information through these forms.

Why we collect it

  • To contact you about your enquiry or application.
  • To check whether we can actually serve your trade and service area before taking you on.
  • To set up and run your account if you become a partner — including matching appointments to the booking rules you give us.
  • To keep records of what was agreed, and to comply with the law.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade contractor contact details, and we do not hand your enquiry to another contractor or to a lead broker.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example our website host, our email provider, and the CRM we use to track applications. They may only use it to provide that service to us. We will also disclose information if we are legally required to.

Call recordings

Appointments we set are recorded, and the recording is sent to the contractor the appointment was booked for. Recording is disclosed on the call, and it is handled under the law of the state the call takes place in. If you are a contractor and you want a recording deleted, tell us and we will delete it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become partnerships are deleted within 24 months. Partner records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax and dispute purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email partners@confirmedappointments.com and we will action it. You can opt out of our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by replying and asking.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed to serve pages and remember your preferences. If we later add analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Children

This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
